hotel liverpool
I'd have to agree with Dave. Try the Formule 1 hotel at the Albert Dock
rather than staying in L 8. "David Horne" wrote in message news:1g0y0sx.1imep8k1pn2e7pN%i_will_almost_never_r ... That's Toxteth, indeed Upper Parliament Street was the site of the riots about 20 years ago. I went to Hatshepsut's tomb recently. By your logic, that might be out of bounds too? I wouldn't really recommend the area at all. There's nothing particularly _wrong_ with it, either. It's a hike from the centre, but plenty of buses go that way. That said, there are plenty of better recommendations in the centre, so for that reason, no point in staying further away. The Formule 1 at the Albert Docks is £23 a night, and is clean, has a TV- no ensuite, but easy access to the auto-self-cleaning toilets and showers.
