Hey, You are basically in the U.S. Everything you need is on the island.
We aren't talking 3rd world country here.
No, would not rent a car for a week. Maybe a day, maybe. Taxi's or bus is
the way to go. Very small island. You can see it all in much less than a
week. Consider taking a water taxi to St. Thomas or other islands.
