Visa question
Hello,
If I'm travelling from Europe to New Zealand and have to change planes in Australia (ie via transit, get off plane, wait a period of time in the airport without leaving it, board connecting flight), would I need to get an Australian visitor's visa? Thanks for any information. |

That is a question you should ask the airline. Getting an OZ Visa is not difficult - so there is no reason not to have one. Dick |

I'd get the visa just in case the departure flight is canceled and the choice becomes sleeping in the transit lounge or in a hotel room. |
