EXTRACTS OF THE SLOVENIEN INVESTIGATION OF 1993:
Page 1.Une comparison of the declarations of Cesen given into 1990/91
with those in 1993 reveals the contradictory assertions as well as the
fact that in its efforts to show its rise has Lhotse Tomo Cesen does
not say the truth.

had immediately perceived the two photographs which were false in the

Glénat knew perfectly that it published a forgery and that the weather
had only to be consequences. It sold its magazine and touched in
addition to the advertising contracts, then!

It will be necessary four years so that the truth bursts finally.
During this time Ivano Ghirardini was the object of a true smear
campaign on Vertical on behalf of Jacques Glénat, Tomo Cesen, Jean
Michel Asselin. Can be hoped they to choke the truth by inspiring
terror in the alpine world: "ghirardini rail because it is jealous,
bla bla,..."

The consequences of this swindle will be mortals for a whole
generation of mountaineers who left with distorted references. Once
more, the public prosecutor of Bonneville or more than 20 complaints
one deposited since 1987 (first Cesen swindle with its night trilogy),
will not do anything to inform them. He is in an obvious way accessory
and culprit to the offence of complicity of swindle, endangered of the
life of others,....

But in gangster France "gaullist", a total impunity is granted to the

Chamonix is behind this sordid business.
