This fascinating and moving memorial is NOT to be confused with the JEATH
museum in Kanchanaburi.
It can be seen as part of a day trip from Kanchanaburi (which is how I did
it) or can be the starting point of longer trips or treks in the region.
It is well worth a visit for everyone and is compulsory for Australians
and
the Dutch, who lost a disproportionate number of people there.
Sure
The hellfire pass museum is smaal, but unteresting
I keep on thinking it's somewhere in Tunisia where the remnants of the
DAK/PAA fought the allied forces.
