AirBnB delisting hosts

Any ideas about what's going on here?

What alternative services are there?

VRBO and HomeAway, for starters.

There are others.

There is no entitlement to being listed on AirBnB. Some people
there probably ran an analysis on ratings and decided there was
a threshold at which to delist. If AirBnB is anything like car
hire service Uber, that threshold is very, very high.
