if anybody knows... HOW do they plan to raise that enormous and
extremely heavy ship into an upright position to tow it to port to make
repairs ?, (i think) ? TIA

That's the easy part ...Balloons filled inside the damaged hull will
work ... but the ship is grounded - essentially on the bottom of the
ocean ... but at so shallow a depth you can see half of it ... They
don't just have to right it but raise it some 40 or more feet to
actually have it floating again ... More balloons than I can
imagine ...

Now the Mythbusters raising a wreck with ping pong balls show was
ultimately successful on a much much smaller scale ...

The tear is out of the water so they can make a temporary patch and then
just pump out water to re float.

From what I have read recently, there is also damage on the portion
that is under water from when the idiot captain tried to get it unstuck
by turning the ship around (or trying to, without calling for help).

Wonder if the captain was drug tested? Americans that were rescued
stated that before the accident he was "seen drinking."

I just read where the captain was drug tested, with urine and hair
samples.
