I am looking into the Carnival Miracle for the week of the 29th out of JAX,

It depends where they are traveling from. Spring break can be anywhere from
mid-March to mid-April.

Colleges will be done, but probably elementary and high schools will
still be on break.

Spring break in Alabama is the last week of March. Lots of people take
cruises - especially from nearby ports such as Jax.

Spring break here in Jacksonville is week of March 14th for Duval County
schools. We are going on the Inspiration out of Tampa that week with our 10
yr old daughter.

Here in Ft. Lauderdale, Spring break for K-12 is April 5-9, 2004

Most of the Colleges & Universities in this area are different, ranging
from early March to mid-April

I do know Easter in April 11th next year,
