I would recommend a private taxi service. I have used http://www.majestictaxis.com/taxifro...wtooxford.aspx it's £70 and the cars are really nice and drivers are friendly and know where they are going without GPS.

It appears it can be done in 80-90 minutes by train from Heathrow 1, Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, 15 min to change, then to Oxford. Twenty minute service.
