Travel Sites search regional airlines

Wanted to know of any travel web site that would include regional airlines
when searching for flights.
I am trying to locate flights to San Juan from Florida. There are flights
avialable from the "Big Boys" i.e.
Delta, American etc but wanted to find out if there are any other airlines
that fly to San Juan from
Florida.

One thing you could try (if someone doesn't come up with a better idea) is
to check the web sites for the airports you're considering. Those have
become much more sophisticated over the last few years and they will show
what airlines use their facilities and usually have links to the airlines
own sites. Might take a bit of investigation, but might be worth the effort!

You didn't say WHICH Florida airports you were considering, but
Miami International is http://www.miami-airport.com/ and Ft Lauderdale is
www.fll.net http://www.broward.org/airport/ (For some reason the Miami link
isn't working for me right now...)

It may exist, but I don't think there is a single website that includes
every single airline that is flying when conducting a search of flights.
Consequently, what you need to find out is what are the airlines that do fly
between points A and B. You can then check to see if these airlines show up
in a search (most likely you can't find this out in any other way) or simply
go to their website(s).

In addition to sites that charge a fee (given that you otherwise don't have
access to the Official Airline Guides), there are a couple of free sites
that will tell you the schedule of all operations between points A and B on
any given day. They aim to be all inclusive, but sometimes they lag behind
the introduction and/or merger of two carriers. So, one needs to be mindful
of this. One site that is in this category can be found at
http://www.smartertravel.com/air/schedules/ .
