It's not that one but thanks for the info, i'll give that one a go as well.

The one i used to get listed all the cheap flight operators (i seem to
recall it had a yellow background) and just listed all the deals and
promotions, with links to them.

Sounds like smartertravel.com which used to be called
smarterliving.com. You tell them what cities you're interested in,
they send a weekly message telling you what's on sale.
