No question about it, Costa Rica, west coast.
Check out - Paradisus Playa Conchal
Many other all inclusives are available too.
Beautiful clean country, great people.
Didn't like Hondrus at all. Never been to Panama.

Did you check out the Bay Islands when you were in Honduras, or was it
mainland only that you don't like?
