Flying Vet Moved To PRISON

The flying veterinary surgeon, Maurice Kirk, has been accused of
owning and selling a weapon.

It is ABSURD.

He is the "Flying Vet". He is interested in PLANES, not in weapons.
So, when he bought a prop-plane with a film prop from a film company,
he decided to get rid of the film prop.

The prop LOOKS like a machine-gun. But it is uselesss, and has no
trigger. It can be used on film, to LOOK like a gun.

All this was known.

The Flying Vet sold the prop as an ORNAMENT. Neither the film company,
nor the new owner was accused of having (or having had) a weapon. The
crooked lawyers of Britain had not targetted the film company, nor the
new owner.

It was Maurice Kirk, who had won rigged court-cases before, who
angered the crooked lawyers. He was imprisoned without trial, and
denied bail.

By that token, any toy salesman who sells water-pristols that LOOK
like guns could be imprisoned indefinitely.

But it is MADNESS to criticise the Hitlers of British law. If the
"judge" says it is a weapon, then it is a weapon.

Maurice Kirk was put into the Caswell Clinic, and a fake doctor called
Tegwyn Williams examined his writings, such as on the Internet:

There is the occasional mistype, or spelling error - particularly in
the French (his second language). However, nothing serious.

Williams pounced upon this, and declared that this "poor spelling" was
proof of brain damage. He recommended that the Flying Vet be kept in
hospital "at the court's discretion", and could have "medical
treatment" imposed upon him. At one point, Williams even suggested
that this might stop the Flying Vet continuing his prosecution of the
police of South Wales for rigging their accusations against him.

So the real motive was clear.

When people with legal experience stepped in to try to help, Williams
declared that he felt "endangered" by Maurice Kirk and his friends.
The theme then shifted to "danger to the public".

The Williams report was remarkable for its simplistic style, its
unimpressive grammar and its frequent non-sequiturs.

A real psychiatrist even examined the Williams report and commented
upon its total lack of logic.

Eventually, the Courts stopped pressing the "madness" issue. After
all, Maurice Kirk is an exciting, fun-loving adventurer who has
travelled the world in flimsy planes - even crossing vast oceans. He
is widely know from his travels in the United States and Australia.
This does not mean he is mad - nor even excentric.

There are plenty of videos on his website, from which you can get to
know him and his adventures.

There is a blog, describing his most recent legal developments.

He is now in Cardiff gaol.
