Lake George - couple's retreat
 

My gf and I are planning our first vacation together - my line of work
makes vacation time rarer than I'd like, so we want to make this
really special.

Basically, what's the absolutely best place on Lake George (or nearby,
if you know of something even better) for a couple to have a week's
vacation? Money is no object.

Currently, our smart money is on the Tahoe on Lake George, but perhaps
someone knows something we don't!

We will want to shop, hear entertainment and relax, primarily.
