Royal Gorge is new the Royal Gouge

At one time the Royal Gorge near Canon City, Colorado was a nice stop in
travels around the greater Colorado Springs area.

Now, it is another amusement park, fenced off and operated by Six Flags
for the greedy city government of Canon City.

$22 to see the Gorge? I don't think so. The $22 includes the amusement
park rides (the few there are) whether you want them or not. But, if
you don't fork over the $22 you don't get to see the gorge or the bridge.

Thanks for the Royal Gouge, Canon City.

Skip this one folks and use the money for something that represents the
scenic wonder of Colorado.
