I notice that the price of "Villa" is much more expensive than the
other 2 choices even 5 stars hotel. Please advise.

A villa is probably a separate building, kind of like the difference between
a condo and a townhouse.

What is the different between Villa, Resort and Hotel?

My understanding is that a villa is like a stand alone room in a resort or
hotel - usually bigger or more private than other rooms.

As for hotels and resorts - I think a resort probably has more pools and
maybe a beauty spa! Probably just a fancy word for a hotel in a holiday
area. Maybe there is a travel agent definition.
