Shoot, OK. Sorry if that sounded kind of rube-ish :) I've only driven
in Europe once, and it was mostly the Italian countryside.

The hotel I'm staying at in Cologne for a week (Lyskirchen) charges 15
EUR/day to park a car there. That seems somewhat expensive. Is it a
