AA idiocy in Las Vegas

We also had a bad experience with AA. Our first day's flight from LAX to
Austin was cancelled, no advance notice, no notice at all. Even though
my wife and I are both "gold" they said they couldn't...

We've received a cabin upgrade to a category that includes butler
