What kind of game is Orbitz playing?

I'm searching for a round trip flight to Washington DC on certain
dates, the other search engines are showing the
same fare on this certain airline but Orbitz has the same flight on
the same airline...

What would be the minimum amount of time needed to see most of the
familiar sights?

Is D.C. family friendly? I know its not Walt Disney World so little

What is the cutoff point for most airlines in cancelling a flight forlow ticket sales?

I'm sure it is all over the map depending on cost of ticket,
destination etc. but is there
at least a general rule of thumb say 50% or less full?

Puerto Rico is part of the US so I guess it can be discussed here.

It seems that PR does not get as much attention as places like Cancun,
Jamaica, Bahamas
Punta Cana etc. do any ideas as to why?

Are native Hawaiians getting increasing unfriendly to tourists?

This came up in a discussion online about Jamaica where someone said
Jamaicans
are much more friendly toward tourists in comparison to the native
Hawaiians.
