Driving Amsterdam - Paris

The LGV Nord parallels the Autoroute in France, south of Lille. I
don't know what the rules are on stopping on the Autoroute to take

I notice that on some websites that Hotels triple in price in Munich and
Paris betweeen 25 - 28 January 2008. Is there a holiday period in Europe
during that time? They go back to normal rates...

Buy meals no nightly fee

I see there are a few companies now offering buy your meals at the hotel and
do not pay a nightly charge. Has anyone taken part in these offers. Please
