OK to use non-TSA lock or not?
At IAD, I had a non-TSA lock on my bag, and they didn't complain when I
checked my bag. But at SFO, they demanded that I remove the lock when I
checked my bag. What is the rule? I am OK with...

Is Chapstick subject to the "less than or equal to 3 oz and placed in a
ziploc bag" rule?
What about a packet of hand-wipes? Given that they are wet, it is
ambiguous as to whether the rule would...

Cheap car rental in SF bay area?
Later this month I'm going to need a car for 6 days to drive around the SF
bay area. The big name companies (e.g. Hertz, Budget, Dollar) are
