I am looking at hiring a campervan to tour australia's East coast in the
summer.

This may sound like a dull question, but whats the deal on stopping
overnight?!
Is it jsut a case of pulling over in an appropriate spot or only in
campsites? if so, what is the average cost (if any) per night to park
your van and stay on a pitch for a night?
