a group of us are intending to backpack to the abovementioned 3 countries in
mid nov for abt 16 days. our initial itinerary is to spend 7 days in
vietnam, 6 days in cambodia and 3 days in thailand (only around bangkok) or
we may leave out thailand all together.

can anyone suggest an itenary for us. would really appreciate your comments.
