You can go to weatherunderground ... type in the city and look up all
past data ...

Actually slightly warmer in November on average for those cities. I detest
that weatherunderground site - it's far too complex and those gimmicky ads
are distracting. Much easier to get monthly averages from
www.weatherbase.com, and forecasts from www.weather.com.
