Stay in Canada, many more hotels/motels and the rates are in cheaper
Canadian dollars.
Many of the activities are around the old casino such as Clifton Hill etc,
however the new Casino is set to open in June. The place is incredible.
If you fly check out Jet Blue into Buffalo from NYC, excellent rates, and
rent a car.
Drinking age is 19, and bars are open till 2 am.

Certainly cheaper for a group to drive.

The bar scene is livelier on the Canadian side
and you can walk across if your hotel is close
to the Falls.
