Certainly not the government's opinion

The court's opinion, expressed in case after case, cases
I have repeatedly cited, is that a creche and a menorah
are religious symbols and a Xmas tree is not.

It's also their opinion that torturing a prisoner isn't torture. The
court has lost a lot of credibility in recent years.
