You're in the wrong newsgroup. Rec.arts.disney.parks is likely to give
you much better info than a cruise newsgroup (although I acknowledge you
are not doing a primarily Disney trip). One thing I will say is that I
think that not getting a car is a bad idea. Car rentals in Florida are
pretty cheap and the ability to go where you want when you want is well
worth it (even if you choose to take a shuttle to the park to avoid
parking fees).
