It's his company (or alleged company), why do you think complaints back
to him will have any effect at all?

It won't, but publishing his company's email address here will get it
picked up by other spammers who harvest newsgroups like this for email
addresses. Once his address gets on their mailing list hopefully he'll
end up with a regular supply of spam in his office mail system and get
a taste of what he's doing to others.
