There's not such thing as a typical American, period. We're too
diverse.

My wife and I have travelled extensively, but we've never been to
Europe. We were discussing this the other day and decided that we
have no interest in going there. I'll go back to New Zealand,
Australia, South America, ... but I doubt that I will ever set a
foot in any country in Europe. No great loss.

My point indeed: Americans are the most IGNORANT people on the planet
