Listen, clown! This is not about McCain. Secondly, McCain never denied
his birth in Panama. Obama insists on being born in Hawaii while being
fully aware that he was not born in Hawaii. This is a fraudulent/
criminal claim. McCain was never hiding his birth place and released
all his birth records.

Obama produced a birth certificate showing his citizenship. End of story.-

The State of Hawaii has certified Obama's birth certificate (including
the copy on his web site). There are also Hawaiian newspapers from
August of 1961, that announced Obama's birth. This is a red herring.

I saw on CNN tonight that Justice Thomas decided to ask all nine Supreme
Court justices to decide if they should hear this case. They're
scheduled to decide on Monday and the odds of them killing the case are
a virtual certainty. Why? The legal definition of a "naturally born
citizen" is nebulous at best. The Supreme Court is also unlikely to undo

The definition of "natural born"......hmmmmm...as Justice O.W. Holmes
famously acknowledges, the Supreme
Court decides/defines what legalistic reality is when he says: "The
Constitution is what the Supreme Court says it is,"

George Romney Senior, a good guy circa 1960s, was apparently born in
Mexico and John McCain in a Panama Canal military hospital, and one
can wager a few Democrats would be challenging "natural born" if
situation were reversed
