Using www.kayak.com to whittle it down with "0 stops" two
airlines show up with direct flights to HKG:

Cathay Pacific (not surprising, as HKG is their hub)
and Garuda.

Of the two, Cathay would be my choice by far.

I couldn't find any non-stops to Guangzhou.
