There is no train from Christchurch to Queenstown, only one that goes west
to Greymouth - a great trip.

The only ways to get to Queenstown is to drive, take a bus or find a flight
that goes direct to Queenstown (This will depend on your departure point).

Air ticket prices have most likely been influenced by rises in fuel costs.
