If you've been there 20 times, you must have already eaten at Chartier
in the IXe (rue du Faubourg Montmartre). If by some fluke you haven't,
well...you owe it to yourself.

Also, there always used to be a great street market in the Avenue Jean
Jaures in Pantin. Sorry--I don't know if it's still going or, if so,
when it's on.
