After a flight left 40 minutes late and after being told that they
would have some one at the destination gate there to escort me through
the terminal to try to make my connector-and there was no one at the
gate to do this- I emailed their company when I got home. They
finally responded and said they would investigate and get back to me.
They never did in spite of 2 polite follow-up emails from me. It's
now 2 months after the flight.
