Since you're a solitary traveller, your cheapest option would
be to hire a vehicle in Windhoek and drive up to Kaokoland.
You haven't offered very much information as to what you
wish to achieve, how long, time of year, etc, etc, so it's a bit
difficult to give you some sort of helpful info regarding that
option.

Easier, but significantly more expensive would be to contact
any one of many tour operators in Nam and have them book
and plan your trip according to your needs, or possibly they
have a standard tour which would suffice for you to 'join'.
