exit there, where there is a service area. But it looks like they are

Interchange 41 Improvements

Location: Atlantic County

Description: This interchange will provide northbound and southbound access
to and from Jimmie Leeds Road.

Schedule: Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2013 and be
completed in 2014.
