I read that the museum is being renovated. Seeing the museum collection
is
one of the high points of this trip. Has anyone been there lately? Was
it
disappointing?

I was there two weeks ago and it was wonderful. The "full" Rijksmuseum can
be overwhelming. All the main works of art are still on display, and it
makes for a nice 1 1/2 hour visit.
