No, but Amtrak offers frequent service from those points.

That depends on the time of travel, amount of luggage, and ability of
the traveller to carry the luggage on the train and up steps. People
in good shape do it often. If you can't carry all of your luggage
yourself up at least two flights of steps, then the subway with
luggage is not a good option.
