Several issues:

1. Checkmytrip is a Galileo database. Not sure if UA uses this (they
may use Amadeus (viewtip.com) but unlikely to use Sabre
(virtuallythere.com)

2. The PNR issued you have may not be the same as UA's. Call UA up to
determine what UA's own PNR is.
