Just to let you know there are other opinions. I wandered into Koasan Road
by chance at about 9pm on 31 October. I thought it was great - not
predominately backpackers but a good mix of people, most in party mood, many
dressed for Halloween, no drunks and plenty of smiling policemen. I don't
think my judgement was impaired by the chocolate ice cream I consumed and I
regretted only not carrying a camera.
