Our first house in Minneapolis/St.Paul cost $31,900. back in the early
70's. 720 square feet of liveable floor space (24 x 30 foundation) and
no garage. Sold that house in 1990 for $70,000 and bought a 1800 square
foot house for $100,000. It still feels like a mansion compared to the
cracker box we started out in!!!!!
