Good choice Lana ! I recall having dinner in the Chantecler restaurant
and watching, from time to time, the elderly grande dame at the next
table, entertaining her beloved poodle. The waiter obviously knew that
the animal had discerning taste because he served it first with a fine
steak tartare.
