August Bank Holiday:


Islington's Murder Mile - A Monday Afternoon Stroll with Actor /
Historian Peter Powell


Monday 29th of August 2005 @ 2:00 p.m.
Prices: =A35 per person (=A34 concs)
Meeting Point: Angel Tube Station


Join Peter Powell as he dwells into London's Islington murderous
past. The walk will lead you along the back roads and "hidden" canals.
Covering Joe Orton, the Kray's, Walther Sickert and other "Jack the
Ripper" suspects, and many many more! It will end in the Island Queen
Pub, where you can continue to discuss "Jack the Ripper" and other
conspiracy theories and possibly solve a few unsolved murders over a
pint.


This is the launch of a new walk, it will take pace on a regular basis
Saturday the 3rd of September.


To take part, just turn up at the Angel Tube Station, at 2:00 p.m. on
Bank Holiday Monday, 29th of August 2005!
