which does Airport top city and return as well as all the
other services.

Whilst this is true, it DOESN'T cover you on all government transport
- "Premium" services are excluded, like the Sydney Explorer, JetCat
services (before 1900), and so on, whereas the Sydney Pass covers
these. Not sure if Sydney Pass covers the Airport services.
