They are just VIRAL DEATH.


Nothing ca be done for (small?) minority to survive/adapt?

Darwin Theory is about total wipe outs or *survival* of he fittest?
Even in your scenario it makes sense to preserve (small?) holdouts for
faster/easier restart after a few years.
