Default Don't get scammed by Hotwire and Budget on car rental

If the original customer picked it up at 3pm and expects to return it a
week later right up to 3pm, then he should have put the return time down
as 3pm. Not 1pm.


Generally it isn't individual vehicles that are reserved for
individual people unless it is a small rental location.
