Default A Very Different Thanksgiving

For me it's a matter of attitude. When I'm at home I have a refrigerator
full of food. But I don't sit in front of it and eat all day just because
it's there. So when I'm on a ship, I realized that just because the food is
there, I don't have to eat it all.

I will be fixing Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow ala South Beach diet
style. I gained 10 lbs on a 10 day cruise. I`m sure I heard my scale
groan when I stepped on it. Food on the Horizon was really
good........but those Martinis were special.
What do others do to keep their eating under control when on a cruise?
