I agree. It also prevents tick-bite fever, and will probably aid in
combatting most gastro-intestinal bugs too.

I use it in spite of increased sun sensitivity, but I've never had any
issues about lying down after taking it. One MUST take it with food
though or you will feel really rotten. I take mine after a meal before
bed and I have no problems.
