What does this conversation have to do with Haiti? (subject line)

I have been away for two weeks and I guess I missed all the talk about
Haiti, but nobody has seen fit to change the subject line to what is being
discussed.

Further exacerbated by the stand still in new small business formation
because of concerns over healthcare. You can't really put up a business
plan until you know all your costs. Also, healthcare costs are part of
the costs of a job. Economically, a job is only worth so much, not so
much plus healthcare costs just because the politicians want it to be. I
see the same thing with the idea of making IRAs mandatory.
