Default Cheap air fares within Aus

And if QF hasn't long ago negotiated a credit card fee well under 1%,
someone there deserves to be taken out and shot.

With Jetstar you're paying a flat fee of $2 to use a credit card, so the
Qantas subsidiary is charging a damn sight more than 1% on the transaction
here for a $29 fare. Most likely Qantas have negotiated a fee well under 1%
and they're creaming the difference off their customers. I guess if the
fare was over $200 you'd come out in front with a flat fee of $2, but that
is of course presuming that 1% is what it's costing Qantas to use the credit
card facilities - which is highly unlikely with their volume sales - agree
that if they do pay 1% someone in Qantas deserves to be shot.
